Be Mine
I’m not really behind the whole greetings-card industry of Valentine’s, but I do love a good excuse to make pink things, & to spoil my Mr. So that’s just what I’m doing!
Today was all about hearts, pink & glitter with the girls, interspersed with countless cups of tea. Sometimes we dream about quitting our day jobs and opening a bakery. Who wouldn’t want to spend their weekends eating cakes this pretty? I think we’d be millionairesses!
Tomorrow, I’m making a three-course dinner for N & I to share over candlelight. It’s more to do with the fact that he’s been working crazy hours lately, and I miss those quiet moments together. There’ll be a heart-theme to that too, though, so maybe I’ll be back with more pictures tomorrow…

these look so yummy! im not into the whole card sending during valentines and i hate how everything related to the “occasion” pretty much doubles in price during it.. but just like you, i would love any excuse to spoil my loved ones..
